Solar inverter manufacturer Nextronex has signed a distributorship agreement with Al Madani Group (AMG), a diversified real estate, development and brand management company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The agreement grants AMG the non-exclusive rights to Nextronex’ RAY-MAX Distributed Architecture solar inverter systems throughout the Middle East and Africa, and the exclusive rights to Nextronex’ systems in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. AMG plans to develop solar power projects throughout the Middle East and Africa.
“We believe passionately in the importance of renewable energy and the emerging opportunities for solar in the Middle East,” says Siyd Tawana, Group Vice President and Managing Director of AMG’s solar energy subsidiary. “We believe that Nextronex inverters, with their superior power production and reliability, provide us with a real advantage in developing successful solar power projects throughout the region.”

Nextronex is committed to supporting AMG as we build this business together.” He noted that the Middle East is projected to add 12 to 15 GW of solar projects by 2020 according to the Mena Solar Energy Report 2014 released in association with the Middle East Solar Energy Industry Association.
