Draker Corporation (“Draker”), a wholly owned subsidiary of BlueNRGY Group Limited (OTC:CBDEF) and Inaccess, global leaders in monitoring and control solutions for optimized performance of distributed power generation, today announced the commencement of enhanced customer and technical support to provide round-the-clock coverage for its systems and software deployed on customer solar installations globally.

Beginning in December 2016, specialized support personnel will be available to customers of Draker and Inaccess around the clock on weekdays from company operations centers in the USA, Australia and Europe. By January 2017, the companies expect to extend coverage to weekends and holidays following the completion of additional staff training. This introduction of Follow-The-Sun coverage is another benefit of the integration of Draker and Inaccess that commenced following BlueNRGY’s investment in Inaccess in July 2016.

Christos Georgopoulos, CEO of Inaccess and, since July 2016 the senior executive at Draker, stated, “With more than 6GW of installations in over 20 countries worldwide, continuous access to support is essential for our customers with mission-critical facilities. To ensure we are delivering best-in-class support service, we consistently deploy trained engineers with experience and knowledge of field applications. We are excited to now be able to provide a capability that few of our competitors can offer. The implementation of our integrated global coverage arrangement is a first step toward providing active 24/7 operations support for our customers who want this additional level of service from solar professionals committed to their success. We will make another announcement about the availability and scope of operations support in the coming weeks.“

Together, Draker and Inaccess are reliably delivering critical site-level performance monitoring, SCADA systems and remote site and portfolio management software for PV systems ranging from 20KW to more than 150MW and providing industry-leading tools for managing complex GW-scale portfolios. Customers continue to have the choice of viewing portfolios through their preferred customer portal and user interface – Draker V7 and Insolar – with advanced features that enhance reliability and reporting and save time and costs for asset owners and managers.
