Radian Generation (RadianGEN), a provider of solar asset management (solarAM) and consulting services to project owners and investors, announced today that it provided technical and project diligence services to Dominion for its acquisition of 139 MW of six solar projects from Recurrent Energy.
The projects are located in Fesno, Kern, and Kings counties in California. Construction has started and all projects are expected to reach commercial operation by late this year or early 2015. Long-term power purchase and other agreements have been executed for each of the projects.
“We enjoyed supporting Dominion on the transaction,” says Chad Sachs, CEO of RadianGEN. “It is exciting to help a major utility like Dominion continue its expansion in solar.”
