SPG Solar has launched the next generation of its SunSeeker single-axis tracker – G3.3. This updated single-axis tracker technology has been engineered to reduce cost, improve quality, shorten delivery and lower install times. By reducing 20% of the hardware of the system and relocating the supply chain, customers are seeing dramatic shipping savings and lower labor hours.
“The key to achieving tracker differentiation lies in the product design, delivery and install. SPG Solar has taken a lead in optimizing a total solution that drives down cost while ensuring top quality,” says Tim Cain, Vice President of Product Management at SPG Solar. “Our engineering team has now released the most cost effective and efficient single-axis tracker in the market today.”
The SunSeeker tracker is an automated single axis tracker that follows the sun through the course of the day and produces up to 30% more solar energy than a fixed tilt system.
