Ginlong Technologies’ Solis PV Inverter 2nd generation recently achieved UL 1741 certification. The UL listed Solis transformerless PV inverters from 1 kW to 5 kW have built-in option of DC Arc Fault Circuit Interruption (AFCI), meeting the requirement of NEC 2011 code.
Since Ginlong introduced transformerless string inverters to the market in 2005, Ginlong has installed over 108,000 inverters and accumulated experience of operating inverters even in harsh environments. Ginlong was the first Asia inverter manufacturer who achieved UL 1741 certification in 2009.
Solis inverters are compact and light for easy installation, and include numerous protection functions to give those on the user end ‘peace of mind’, says the company. All the Solis inverters boast a high efficiency rating and feature an ultra-wide input voltage range, dual MPPT design starting from Solis-2.5kW-2G with precise MPPT algorithm and controlled inverter technology, and free web-based data monitoring and on-the-go monitoring via smart phone applications.
Solis three-phase PV inverters incorporates the latest Silicon Carbide (SiC) power semiconductor technology from the start of design cycle with high voltage and low voltage versions, and are ideal for commercial and utility scale installations.
