The Solar Company (No. 100 on the 2014 Top 400 Solar Contractors list) recently announced a new partnership with Hall of Fame football player, Ronnie Lott.
Lott and his wife Karen have a 26 kW system installed on their Bay Area home by The Solar Company.
“After my experience with The Solar Company, I can tell you that I’ve joined a winning team,” says Lott. Lott’s enthusiasm for switching to solar and his positive experience with The Solar Company has led to an endorsement deal.
“We are very excited to have this partnership with Ronnie and Karen Lott; it’s so great to see their passion for using clean energy,” says Mark and Christina Danenhower, owners of The Solar Company. “We really hope this motivates the many fans to follow their example in switching to solar.”
Over his 14 year career in professional football, Lott played for the San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Raiders and the New York Jets. In 2000 Lott was inducted into the Hall of Fame alongside Joe Montana and Dave Wilcox.
Outside of football, Lott also founded the non-profit organization All Stars Helping Kids, a program aimed at helping Bay Area youth thrive. His wife, Karen, is also a firm supporter of renewable energy and preserving the environment.
