RECOM Solar, a European solar PV manufacturer, showcased its latest poly- and monocrystalline PV modules at the PV Expo in Tokyo last month.
The all-black Panther (monocrystalline) and Amur Leopard (polycrystalline) series provide seamless integration on residential roofs, and the high performance White Jaguar series provides excellent yield for commercial and utility project developers.
The company says it earns its customers’ satisfaction with its modules. It also says its modules provide 1.7% to 3.5% higher energy yield than its competitors in real-world conditions instead of controlled-lab environments.
With the Japanese feed-in tariff in place, there was twice as much solar installed in Japan in the first half of 2013 as in all of 2012. The Japanese market is projected to grow well over 6GW of installed capacity in 2014.
